Nature (Re)Connection in: French
From an early age, I have loved the wild world.
I was fascinated by birds of prey. I could spend hours watching them fly, often with the strong desire to go and find them. Over time, my interest expanded to all birds. About ten years ago, as a self-taught learner, I began to identify them—their names, plumage, songs, habitats, and behaviors. Today, I have acquired solid ornithological knowledge, which I share with passion.
When walking in nature, I am always seeking an encounter—wild and improbable. I have often been lucky enough to cross paths with wild animals, for fleeting or singular moments, sometimes extraordinary. Each time, I felt privileged to be there with them, and every new encounter fills me with joy and nourishes my sense of belonging to the natural world.
There is also my love for trees. I am like Idéfix: I have always hated seeing a tree cut down. For a long time, I remained unaware of what trees truly are, content simply with the calm or joy they brought me.
Three years ago, when I sought to change direction after a professional career dedicated to children—first as an activity leader, then as an early childhood educator, and later as a pedagogy specialist in neurodevelopmental disorders—I asked myself where I truly wanted to be. In nature, of course.
UNature provided me with the knowledge I was missing about the remarkable functioning of trees and forests, the scientific explanations for the well-being I have always felt in contact with nature, and the desire to share it.
I would be delighted to be your guide for a peaceful and surprising experience—a forest walk discovering the beneficial powers of the natural world, toward a new way of seeing the incredible nature that surrounds us.
Toward the connection between it and us.
