Nature (Re)Connection in: French

Ever since I was a child, trees have held an important place in my life. The forest was my place to play, explore and contemplate. I enjoyed sitting at the foot of the trees and let myself surrender to this feeling of serenity.
At the end of my studies in Human Resources and as I entered the professional world, I disconnected from the plant world, from the living and in a way from myself. But in recent years, the call of the trees has returned. After several retreats in the forest I was able to experience and feel the physical, psychological and cognitive benefits that nature has on the individual. Like a return to the source, I understood that I had found my place. To complete my approach and develop my expertise, I deepened my knowledge by following the Ecoleader training offered by L’Université dans la Nature.
Today, as a certified (Re)connection Nature guide, I put the knowledge acquired and my experience at the service of individuals and groups who wish to reconnect with nature, and their nature.
So let's go. Open your senses, let yourself be guided and amazed by our link to the living!

Some questions for Anaïs

As a child, for you, nature was... adventure, exploration, a field of possibilities to leave room for daydreaming and the imagination. Living in the countryside, on the edge of a forest, my childhood was steeped in many escapades and bivouacs in the woods. So I was able to enjoy, from an early age, the happiness of finding myself surrounded by trees, the sounds of the forest, picking berries or patiently waiting for foxes and deer to show themselves.

What nature object do you keep at home? When I go to the forest I like to pick up all kinds of things: leaves, branches, moss, pine cones, etc. I especially like to collect tree bark. I like the feeling of the skin on the wood, I like the smell of it. I have pieces of bark all over the place, you can even find them on my desk at work.

If you could be a natural element, what would you be? Without hesitation I would be a tree, I always marvel at their ability to find balance and sway in the wind.
