Nature (Re)Connection for the Off Road Exploration Program 🇨🇦
Together with the Centre RBC d’Expertise universitaire en santé mentale de l’Université de Shrebrooke (Center for University Expertise in Mental Health at the University of Sherbrooke), we have developed the Hors-piste nature program for secondary schools in Quebec. This program which aims to prevent anxiety disorders and assist young people in developing the reflex to turn to nature for their mental and physical well-being, is now available throughout the province of Quebec.

The Forest and I 🇱🇺
In collaboration with the Oeuvre National de Secours de la Grande-Duchesse Charlotte and the context of their “Action Jeunes – Bien Vivre la Pandémie” we are adapting our signature Nature (Re)Connection program to 500 high school students in Luxembourg. Our goal is not only to get these students out of the classroom and into the forest to help them rediscover their connection with nature. We also wish to offer them the possibility of developing a positive relationship with nature that will counterbalance the negative discourse about our environment that is deeply affecting their mental health.
